Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Regulars, you agree to these Terms of Service (version 2026-09-08) and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Regulars is a members and RSVP tool for amateur sports clubs. It helps squads organise matches, attendance, and basic club logistics. It is not a replacement for your group chat; it sits alongside it.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Regulars. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we may suspend or delete it.

You're responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You and your clubmates own the content you add: match details, RSVPs, profile info. Don't use Regulars for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others' rights. Managers and Boards are responsible for how their club uses the app.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes to these terms. When terms change materially, we may ask you to accept the new version before continuing.

Regulars is free to use today. We may introduce paid plans later (for example Regulars Pro). If we do, we will update these terms and ask you to accept them before we charge you. Your clubs, matches, and account stay yours either way.

Regulars is provided as-is for amateur club organisation. We're not liable for no-shows, injuries, disputes between mates, or losses arising from use of the app. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable local law. A specific governing law and jurisdiction will be confirmed once Regulars has a registered legal entity. Until then, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
