Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Regs, you agree to these Terms of Service (version 2026-09-23) and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Regs is a members and RSVP tool for amateur sports groups. It helps squads organise activities, attendance, and basic group logistics. It is not a replacement for your group chat; it sits alongside it. In the app, Regulars are members who get first seats. Free agents fill remaining spots.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Regs. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we may suspend or delete it.

You're responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You can delete your Regs account in Settings → Delete account. That removes your profile, login, and memberships from the live app. If you are the only Manager and other people are still in the group, add a co-manager first. If you are the only person in the group, you can delete, and that group is deleted too. We keep a private copy of your account details for 90 days, then delete it. Deletion cannot be undone.

You and your groupmates own the content you add: activity details, RSVPs, profile info. Don't use Regs for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others' rights. Managers and Boards are responsible for how their group uses the app.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We'll try to give reasonable notice for material changes to these terms. When terms change materially, we may ask you to accept the new version before continuing.

Regs is free to use. There is no Regs subscription and nothing to buy in the App Store or on Google Play for the app itself.

Groups may record their own dues, activity fees, or cash in the app (for example who paid the venue). A group may show a bank IBAN and a payment reference so players can transfer a fee themselves. Those records stay with the group. Regs does not take a cut, does not pull money from your bank, and does not process card payments for those amounts.

We may introduce a paid Regs plan later. If we do, we will update these terms and ask you to accept them before we charge you. Your groups, activities, and account stay yours either way.

Regs is provided as-is for amateur group organisation. We're not liable for no-shows, injuries, disputes between mates, or losses arising from use of the app. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

These terms are interpreted under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Where those laws allow a choice of law, they are governed by the law of the operator named in Contact below.
